Goals, goals, goals….I like the word goals way more than “resolution.”
Why? Well simply because so many people make crazy new years resolutions that they give up on before January is even over. It takes 21 days of consistency to make a habit. And that’s just the starting point.

So many people give advice on goals, how to set them, keep them, etc but you never actually hear what their goals are. One of the most critical pieces to achieving goals is to write them down and have accountability. So what’s the best way for me to hold myself accountable?
I’m going to post my 2019 goals here, for all of you to read and hold me ACCOUNTABLE!!
So here they are, my goals for 2019 (not including my goals at my corporate 9-5)
- Health:

- Get back into working out – Some type of physical activity 2-3 times a week
- Business:
-
- Post more: Aim for 1-2 QUALITY posts per week

- Engage more on Instagram – Aim for 5k followers by the end of 2019

- Make enough to have $5k saved in my business account
- Motherhood:
-
- Do more activities with the girls on the weekends when we aren’t working

- More physical/outdoor activities when possible
-
